I have a card to show you today that is an ode to Mint Macaron. If you are not familiar with this colour, it will no longer be available after 31 May. I'm sad to see it go but we have a bunch of new and exciting colours to play with when the new Annual Catalogue goes lives on 1 June. Have you requested your free copy yet? If not, how to details are shown below.
I created the background using multiple die cuts from the Window Box Thinlits die set and attached this to the front of a Note Card. I added a torn piece of vellum for interest and then went to work on my main image. The floral image comes from the Remarkable You stamp set and is fast becoming one of my favourite sets. This set also featured on my last card. I embossed the image in white on Watercolour Paper and then added Mint Macaron to the petals using an Aquapainter.
My sentiment was created using the Stitched Shapes Framelits and a greeting from the Weather Together stamp set. You could easily switch the sentiment to fit any occasion.
If you would like to receive a free copy of the new Annual Catalogue, you can request one by emailing me before 20 May. It really is a great read, with plenty of hints and inspiration to keep you crafting all year long.
Happy crafting,
Rachel x
